NSW Legal Rates – Probate and Administration: Costs for legal services
In response to client feedback and to provide greater enhancements for our clients practicing in estate law, we have included probate specific legal rates – specifically, costs for legal services for probate and administration matters.
For ease of use, these fees can be found within theLegal Ratessection inMenu>Other>Legal Rates – NSW:
We have added the list of fees to a new tab named Probate Professional.
Inserting fields
With the addition of these Legal Rates, these new fields can be added to any custom precedents and letters – to insert these fields:
- Go to theLEAP ribbonlocated at the top of any document opened in LEAP
- Editing>Insert Legacy Fields>Legal Rates – NSW > search for “Probate P� and the list of the newly added fields will display
