NSW - Application for ILARS Grant of Funding
As per the recent IRO Alert, please notethat from 1 June 2021 the IRO will no longer accept applications for a grant of funding made on the previous Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO) form. Applications received on and from 1 June 2021 on the previous form will be returned to the lawyers for resubmission on the IRO form.
The ILARS Grant of Funding form in LEAP was updated in early March this year to reflect the new ILARS Funding Guidelines. Detail of the form are as follows:

If you have noticed that the updated version of the form is not displaying in LEAP for you, please check History of Changes in the precedent and select the most recent changes to be Set as current.
