Administrative Law - matter type removal

The Judicial Review matter type contains the relevant tables types, critical dates and forms that were created and added as part of a rewrite of Immigration matter types. These will assist in the running of a Judicial Review matter, whether it is before the Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court or High Court of Australia.
Forms previously located in this matter type have not been removed - all forms relevant to Judicial Review matters are available within the LEAP Forms folder:
