QLD - Renamed matter types

Following feedback from clients and various stakeholders, the following matter types in LEAP have been renamed:
Previous name of matter typeRenamed matter type
Power of Attorney - One personPower of Attorney
Advance Health Directive - One personAdvance Health Directive
Wills - One personWills
  The above matter types should be used for matters where your clients are appointing other persons as attorneys. Where clients are appointing each other as attorneys (e.g. Client 1 appoints Client 2 as Client 1 Attorney, and Client 2 appoints Client 1 as Client 2 Attorney), the following matter types should be used instead:
  • Power of Attorney - Two people appointing each other
  • Advance Health Directive - Two people appointing each other
  • Wills - Two people appointing each other
