  • Form 052-T—Transfer [LL-ACT-LTO-072]
  • Form 001-DCC—Application to discharge/remove a court order or charge [LL-ACT-LTO-027]
  • Form 004-CR—Application to correct the register [LL-ACT-LTO-030]
  • Form 008-MA—Miscellaneous application [LL-ACT-LTO-034]
  • Form 026-M—Mortgage [LL-ACT-LTO-048]

The certifications are coded with Person Acting and Other side's solicitor where relevant - ensure you have selected a staff card for the Other side's solicitor and completed their occupation as Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer etc. We will continue to update the LEAP forms when they are published by the Titles Office as Approved Forms.
