SA - Uniform Civil Rules (UCR) new forms
New UCR Forms:
The new forms will be available in LEAP in accordance with the Court's proposed time frame of 18 May 2020.
Matter type changes:
In preparation for the new forms, the following minor changes will simultaneously be made to the relevant SA litigation matter types:
Client, Other side and Other side's solicitor Substitutions to all provide for Applicant, Applicant's solicitor, Respondent and Respondent's solicitor in accordance with the Uniform Civil Rules 2020. The Substitution defaults will be set to Client = Applicant, Other side = Respondent, Other side's solicitor = Respondent's solicitor. The UCR forms are coded for Applicant/Respondent.
Interested Party card added to the matter default table types.
Court details table updated as follows:
- Full Court or Minor Civil new drop-down list
- List type new drop-down list which includes Building & Construction List, Commercial List, Corporations List, Dust Diseases List, Fast Track List, Possessions List, Special Classification List, ​Personal Injuries​ List
