NSW- NEW Surrogacy matter type and Adoption matter type updates

The Adoption matter type has been updated to align with the Surrogacy matter type to allow for automation of the Supreme Court forms. Complete essential matter data for full automation of forms including:
- Plaintiff/defendant card types must be entered as individual cards
- Subsidiary Role layout attached to plaintiff/defendant card types – complete whether plaintiff/defendant is the “Birth Father�, “Birth Mother�, “Intended Father�, or “Intended Mother�:
- Subsidiary Child information layout attached to the Child card type – complete the proposed name of the child:
- Birth parent information and Intended parent information tables – complete the details of marriage/cohabitation here and other family members:
- Critical dates for orders and plans.
