ACT - Land Titles Office forms

Following a profile review, the following new forms have been added:
  • Application to note retirement village - Form 112 [LL-ACT-LT-287]
  • Application to terminate community title scheme - Form 099 [LL-ACT-LT-288]
  • Termination of crown lease - Form 096 [LL-ACT-LT-289]
  • Variation of priorities of encumbrances (following registration of overriding statutory charge) - Form 103 [LL-ACT-LT-290]
Land Titles Office - Change to Business Systems The following new form has been added:
  • Application - ACTLIS account for dealings [LL-ACT-LT-291]
We are currently awaiting receipt of the new Land Titles Office forms for use from 1 March. We will provide these as soon as they are received. We note however that the Old forms will still be accepted during the 1 March – 24 April time frame.
