NSW - Interactive PDF forms - Revenue NSW and LRS

Have you tried one of the amazing Interactive PDFs yet? They fully automate from your LEAP matter quickly, are easily editable / updated and contain no lengthy FILLINS - just one dialog window (when applicable) for fast and easy completion. Continuing from our first release of LRS and Revenue NSW forms, the following additional Interactive PDFs have now been added:- Land Registry Service forms:
  • Application for replacement certificate of title (Form 12PV) [LL-NSW-RPA103]
  • Caveat - general (Form 08X) [LL-NSW-RPA102]
  • Change of name (Form 10CN) [LL-NSW-RPA100]
  • Consolidation Change of By-Laws (Form 15CH) [LL-NSW-RPA099]
  • Discharge of Mortgage (Form 05DM) [LL-NSW-RPA098]
  • Request (Form 11R) [LL-NSW-RPA097]
  • Transfer severing joint tenancy (Form 01TJ) [LL-NSW-RPA101]
Revenue NSW forms:
  • Application for exemption - transfer of land used for primary production between family members (Form ODA 071) [LL-NSW-OSR710]
  • Application for first home owner grant - on or after 1 July 2017 (Form OFH 001) [LL-NSW-OSR713]
  • Concession from duty - transfers between married couples and de facto partners (Form ODA 068)[LL-NSW-OSR711]
  • EDR cancellation request (Form ODA 042) [LL-NSW-OSR712]
  • Exemption from duty - transfers between married couples or defacto partners (Form ODA 067) [LL-NSW-OSR709]
The first time you use the Interactive PDF within your LEAP matter, you will need to open the LEAP toolbar in More Tools located in the right hand menu:- The LEAP toolbar provides the option toSave & Close and Update the PDF with any new data entered in your LEAP matter. Clicking on Update will also re-open the dialogue window should you need to change the responses to any questions.
