Water usage calculations: We have updated the water usage calculations to include the Adjustment date as the Vendor is liable for usage up to and including the Adjustment date pursuant to clause 14.1 of the Contract for Sale of Land, which states: 14.1 Normally, the vendor is entitled to the rents and profits and will be liable for all rates, water, sewerage and drainage services and usage charges, land tax, levies and all other periodic outgoings up to and including the adjustment date after which the purchaser will be entitled and liable. Please note: there has been no alterations to the start date of the water usage calculations - LEAP has always included the date that you enter as the start date, i.e. if you enter the start date as the reading date, in our calculations within the SAS.
