NT - Lease Matter Type Improvements

We have made extensive improvements to the NT Lease matter type data entry layouts. Rather than having a subsidiary layout of Details under the Tenant card, we have incorporated that information in the Lease Details layout and included four tabs to re-order the information. Within Lease Details the four tabs of information are: Once entered these details will populate into the NT Land Titles Office lease forms and the newly added Landlord's and Tenant's Disclosure Statements Relating to Retail Shop Lease (LL-NT-PR-0178). As is the case now, details for a non shopping centre lease will need to be entered into the Property Layout. The NT Land Titles Office lease forms have been shortcut into the Lease matter type for easy access and re-coded where necessary.
