The following forms have now been provided as an Interactive PDF:-

  • Application to bring land under the Transfer of Land Act- Form 23TLA, LL-VIC-LTO-456
  • Application to correct name in the register- Form 103(2)TLA, LL-VIC-LTO-457
  • Creation of easement - Form 45(1)TLA, LL-VIC-LTO-458
  • Subdivision or Consolidation - Form 22SA, LL-VIC-LTO-459
For more information on how to use an interactive PDF please refer to this article on LEAP Community. IMPORTANT -There are some specific software requirements to have this form work correctly. They are -
  • LEAP Version 1.17 must be installed; and
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (which is a free version) must be installed.
