As a result of the Oaths and Affirmations Act 2018 (Vic) coming into effect on 1 March 2019, the following forms have been updated to accord with this Act :-
Persons who can receive affidavits in Victoria (LL-VIC-GEN-001)
Persons who can witness statutory declarations in Victoria (LL-VIC-GEN-002)
Please note there is a transition period (for Statutory Declarations only) which ends on 31 December 2019.
