- Added common Landgate registration fees as standard adjustment options in General Information. These fees automatically populate from Legal Rates. User need only enter how many they wish to add to the documents.
- Added ELNO Fee as a standard adjustment in General Information.
- Added ability to combine Settlement Agent and Disbursement fees as one entry in Statements, and changed these to populate from Matter Details fee estimates.
- Depending on whether the matter is a Sale or Purchase - Settlement Agent's Fee, Disbursement Fee and ELNO Fee are defaulted to the applicable client statement. i.e. if it is a Sale file, defaulted to the Seller Statement.
- Added more standard items to the Time Related Items drop down list.
- Added the ability to adjust Water Usage either by daily average consumption or last two reading dates, including the option to use Water Tiers.
- Reworked the Miscellaneous Adjustments layout and added commonly used pre-saved adjustments.
- Reworded the adjustment entries to display the Seller and Buyer's shares individually.
- Added the name of the Incoming Mortgagee to display in the Lender's Finance entry.
- Added Rate of Duty type to display in the Stamp Duty entryi.e. Residential or First Home Buyer etc.
- Fixed an issue with the balance cheque option.
- Separated entries for cheques payable to the same payee.
- Changed all references from Vendor/Purchaser to Seller/Buyer.
