FED - Family Law Critical Dates

In response to client feedback we have added two more critical dates to all Family Law Matter Types as follows:
  • Date of Divorce Order
  • Limitation Date
Along with the additional dates above, the Marriage/defacto separation layout has been updated to rename the divorce date as below: The Date of Divorce Order now automatically populates into the Marriage/defacto separation layout from the new Critical Date, and cannot be entered manually. When this date is entered into a Divorce Matter Type, and that date has passed, the Matter Status will change to Divorced. All other Matter Types the Status will remain as In Progress. The Limitation Date is intended for use in scenarios where parties are divorced and they must file for property proceedings within 12 months of the divorce becoming absolute, but of course can be used in any scenario that fits the description.
