This matter type covers all jurisdictions of NTCAT.
Within the matter there are two unique layouts for you to enter details to populate forms:
- NTCAT Details;
- Guardianship Details.
The LEAP Forms are located within Guides & Precedents as follows:
Please note when you are acting in a Guardianship matter, create your new LEAP matter as follows:
Client = Client
Other Side = Other Side
Once your matter has opened ensure the card details are as follows:
Client = Applicant
Other Side = Adult
