Restructure of 'Disputes' Matter Types
Two new Matter Types have been created to make it easier for clients to create their matters more in line with the way LEAP works. This is also to ensure that they are using the correct By Lawyers publications. They were Federal Matter Types but are now State based Matter Types. These new matter types can be found here -
- Other Areas of Law > Disputes > Neighbourhood Disputes; and
- Other Areas of Law > Disputes > Defamation /Protecting Reputation
For state-based guides and precedents to be visible from existing matters, LEAP users will need to change their matter type fromOther areas of law > Miscellaneous > DisputestoOther areas of law > Disputes > [selecting the relevant new matter type].
