NSW - Property Details Layout improvements

Continuing our improvements to the NSWProperty Details Layout, the Tenants in common tabhas been updated within LEAP Desktop to allow for multi-tenancy situations where there is more than one Tenancy Type. Tab 3 Tenants in common This information will flow through to the LEAP Forms where required when multi-tenancy situations apply and have been selected. Complete the separate Tenancy Type in the Tenancy drop-down list. The remainder of the layout is the same as previously, enter the total number of shares in 'total shares', as you allocate the share amounts to each Tenancy, the 'remaining number of shares' will display on the top right hand corner of the layout. Example - the above entries will reproduce the following Transferee description: Please provide feedback for these changeshereensuring you state “Feedback NSW Tenants in Common Tab� in details.
