- Addition of Address for Service of Noticesdrop down list for completion of eNOS. You will also note the Property is transferreddrop down list has been amended to remove "With vacant possession – purchaser moving in" and "With existing tenant – serve notice on agent" as these are now appropriately dealt with in Address for Service of Notices selection.
- Nature of Propertydrop down list has been updated inline with the Registrar General's guidelines for preparation of electronic documents.
- Tenancydrop down list has been amended to add "Sole Proprietor"inline with the Registrar General's guidelines for preparation of electronic documents.
- Addition of Estate/Interest transferreddrop down list. A mandatory selection is required (select options 1 to 4) for completion of item (E) on Transfer as this is no longer a FILLIN with the form for conveyancing matter types. Also use this field in Mortgage matter types for Estate/Interest mortgaged (select options 1 or 5) for completion on National Mortgage to reduce FILLINS in this form.
- Addition of Share amount transferred(complete manually if required). When completed will populate in item (F) on Transfer.
Tab 2 Title Particulars:
The following have been added to assist with future preparation of electronic documents:
- Mortgage No.
- Priority Notice No. (electronic withdrawals and extensions etc).
Tab 3 Tenants in common:
There are no changes to this tab.
Tab 4 Insurance:
The Security Property Details Layout and the Property Details Layout have been combined into one Layout to save duplication. You will therefore notice that the Insurance tab has been added to this Layout as the same Layout is now used for Mortgage/Discharge matter types (only complete where necessary).
