Family and Federal Circuit Courts to amalgamate on 1 January 2019
The Attorney-General's Department have advised that a new Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCA) will be established and become the single point of entry for all Family Law matters. These reforms are aimed at addressing inefficiencies within the current Court structure and create a more consistent and cheaper resolution of disputes for Australian Families.
We expect these changes to trigger significant amendments within the LEAP Family Law Forms. We will keep you posted of those changes, when they are arriving and what they mean for you.
