First Home owner exemption/concession declarationDuties Form 07E has been replaced by the digital duties form, except for the purposes of a refund. Duties Form 7E, should only be used if you are applying for a duty refund in relation to the first home owner exemption/concession on the purchase of a property.
If you are applying for a first home owner exemption/concession on the purchase of a property, where the contract was entered into on or after 1 July 2012, please use the digital duties form.

Off the plan sales statutory declaration – contracts dated from 01-10-2008 (Duties Form 04AA)*Note: Duties Form 04A has been replaced by the digital duties form, except for the purposes of a refund. If you are applying for a concession from duty for off-the-plan contracts, relating to both land and building packages and refurbished lots, please use the digital duties form. Duties Form 4A should only be used if you are applying for a duty refund in relation to an off-the-plan transaction.

Pensioner exemption/concession declarationDuties Form 08F has been replaced by thedigital duties form,except for the purposes of a refund.If you are applying for a pensioner exemption/concession,please use the digital duties form.Duties Form 8F, below, should only to be used if you are an eligible pensioner who hasnot claimed the exemption/concession and paid full duty.The declaration must be lodged within five years of the date that duty was paid.

Primary production and water entitlements (for all land types) statutory declarationIf your transaction was exemptbut you did not claim the exemption from duty oneligible primary production goods, water rights and disaggregation of primary production land at therelevanttime, you may be entitled to a duty refund. Youshould use Duties Form 12 to claim that refund.

Principal place of residence (PPR) concession and eligible first home buyer duty reduction declarationDuties Form 53D, should only to be used if you are applying for a duty refund in relation to a principal place of residence (PPR) concession.
