SA - Wills POA & Advance Care Directive - Name Change
Please note the following changes for South Australian wills, powers of attorney and advance care directives:
Top level folder name change
The top level folder Wills, Power of Attorney and Guardianship is now called Wills POA & Advance Care Directive
Matter Type Changes
The matter type Power of Guardianship is now called Advance Care Directive. The Guardian and Alternative Guardian tables have been removed, leaving the Substitute Decision Maker and Client 2 Substitute Decision Maker tables.
LEAP Forms folder name change
The LEAP Forms folder Attorney & Guardianship is now called Power of Attorney.
