FED - Immigration Law

We are pleased to announce that we have released new and updated Matter Types for Immigration Law in LEAP. These Matter Types can be found by opening a New Matter in LEAP under Other Areas of Law>Immigration Law>**Matter Type**. The Matter Types are:
  • Citizenship;
  • Immigration;
  • Judicial Review;
  • Merits Review;
  • Ministerial Intervention; and
  • Visa.
Each Matter Type has updated Table Types and their own Critical Date scheme in the Calendar & Tasks window, which will assist in your matter workflow. Fore more information on Critical Dates in LEAP visit our Community page https://community.leap.com.au/s/article/Critical-dates. You can also find further handy hints on our Community page regarding creating tasks. Once those dates have been entered in the Calendar & Tasks window, you can create a task in Outlook based on this date. i.e.5business days/weeks/months before the date occurs.
