ACT - Stamp Duty Deferral in Desktop
There is now an election for 'Stamp duty deferral' in the Conveyancing details layout in Desktop. By ticking the Stamp duty deferred box the duty payable will reduce.
The Transfer documents have been amended to include coding in the section of the Transfer documents for election of Stamp duty deferral.
