NSW - Settlement Adjustment Sheet (SAS) to be removed from 31 March 2018

The SAS (LL-NSW-PR377) was superseded by the NEW SAS (LL-NSW-PR642) on 30 June 2016 (more than 18 months ago). The NEW SAS has been improved since its initial release. Some benefits of the NEW SAS include:
  • Retention of adjustments within the ribbon - removing the need to redo adjustments if information incorrectly entered for example or the Adjustment Date is updated.
  • Rent/Occupation Fees have been reworked to allow for correct adjustment of each.
  • The ability to do more than one water usage adjustment without the adjustments reverting – again removing the need to redo water usage adjustments if the Adjustment Date is updated.
Please see LEAP Communities for Information Sheet on using the Settlement Adjustment Sheet. We need to remove the old SAS because:
  • It is unfeasible to maintain two separate SAS forms.
  • As it is not being maintained it will become out of date, particularly in regard to Legal Rates.
  • We want to assist clients with improved workflow and the NEW SAS achieves this by retaining adjustments within the ribbon.
  • Use of the NEW SAS will assist clients with a smooth transition with LEAP Content's future projects for advancement of this form.
Any existing Settlement Adjustment Sheets you have saved in your matters can still be used.
