Owners corporation notice of intention to wind up (Form SA34G(4) - (LL-VIC-PR-378);
Owners corporation notification of change of address (Form OC3) - (LL-VIC-PR-377);
Owners corporation notification of making rules (Form OC5) - (LL-VIC-PR-382); and
Owners corporation subdivision (Form SA32) - (LL-VIC-PR-381)

Subdivision Act 1988

Subdivision or Consolidation (Form SA22) - (LL-VIC-PR-141);
Removal of restricted lot status (Form SA44(5)) - (LL-VIC-PR-380);
Accessory Lot (Form SA44(4A)) - (LL-VIC-PR-366);
