In accordance with the Family Court of Western Australia website we have reinstated Form 3 WA - Application for Divorce LEAP Form (LL-FED-FAM-180). The Court's information statement explains this is an interim measure until the CommCourts online forms have been amended to fully accommodate same sex marriage. Once these changes have been made we will follow the Court's instructions and remove once again if necessary.
