QLD - Priority Notices - 1 January 2018
From 1 January 2018 Settlement Notices are being replaced by Priority Notices.
The following Priority Notices are now available in LEAP:
- Form PNN - Priority Notice (LL-QLD-NRW266);
- Form PNE - Extension of Priority Notice (LL-QLD-NRW268);
- Form PNW - Withdrawal of Priority Notice (LL-QLD-NRW267).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Priority Notices are to be used from 1 January 2018. (It is acceptable for a Priority Notice to have been signed prior to 1 January 2018.)
Settlement Notices will not be accepted in the Titles Registry after 4.30pm on Friday 22 December 2017.
