The digital duties form must be used for all property transfer transactions entered into after 1 July 2017. The paper forms replaced by the digital duties form are:
  • Goods statement for residential land (Form 01) - (LL-VIC-SRO-006);
  • Goods statutory declaration (Form 02) - (LL-VIC-SRO-007);
  • Real property value declaration (Form 03) - (LL-VIC-SRO-017);
  • Statement on change of beneficial ownership of dutiable property (Form 14) - (LL-VIC-SRO-020);
  • Purchaser statement (Form 62) - (LL-VIC-SRO-437);
  • PPR concession declaration (Form 53D) - (LL-VIC-SRO-408);
  • PPR concession and eligible first home buyer duty reduction declaration 01/07/2012 to 30/06/2013 (Form 53C) - (LL-VIC-SRO400);
  • PPR concessionand eligible first home buyer duty reduction declaration on or after 01/07/2013 (Form 61) - (LL-VIC-SRO-409);
  • First home owner exemption/concession declaration (Form 07E) - (LL-VIC-SRO-398);
  • Pensioner exemption/concession declaration (Form 08F) - (LL-VIC-SRO-399);
  • Transfer between spouses/domestic partners statutory declaration (Form 09A) - (LL-VIC-SRO-401);
  • Primary production and water entitlements (for all land types) statutory declaration (Form 12) - (LL-VIC-SRO-015);
  • Young farmers exemption/concession claim form (Form 56) - (LL-VIC-SRO-348);
  • Family farm exemption statutory declaration (Form 13) - (LL-VIC-SRO-025);
  • Off-the-plan sales statutory declaration (Form 04A) - (LL-VIC-SRO-297); and
  • Transactions treated as sub-sales of land statutory declaration (Form 06A) - (LL-VIC-SRO-022).
