FED - High Court changes as at 1 July 2016

Amendments to the High Court Rules 2004 took effect on 1 July 2016. These amendments change the procedures for special leave and removal applications. The superseded forms for special leave and removal applications commenced prior to 1 July 2016 will continue to be available for a limited time. Once the court removes them from their website, we will also remove them from LEAP. In the meantime we have renamed those forms to include "(for special leave and removal applications commenced prior to 1 July 2016)" in their title as follows:
  • Form 18 - Applicant's summary of argument (for special leave and removal applications commenced prior to 1 July 2016) (LL-FED-HC-0029)
  • Form 19 - Respondent's summary of argument (for special leave and removal applications commenced prior to 1 July 2016) (LL-FED-HC-0019)
  • Form 23 - Application for leave or special leave to appeal (for special leave and removal applications commenced prior to 1 July 2016) (LL-FED-HC-0002)
