QLD - Sale and Purchase Matter Type changes
Due to client feedback, we have made some changes to the Qld Sale & Purchase matter types. The tables are more streamlined, less busy to the eye and no longer require any unnecessary information.
The main changes have been made to the Property and Conveyancing Tables. The Searches Table has been deleted and the Easement information previously contained therein is now located on the Easements Table, a default table in Purchase matter types.
Please note that all dates except Date of Auction will now need to be entered via Critical Dates on the Matter table.
All forms have been updated accordingly.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the new look Property and Conveyancing tables.
