This new automation is based on the cards in your matterbeing completed correctly. For companies, the 'Company Execution' layoutmusthave the correct selections so that the systemis able to determine whether execution is under Corporations Law or Common Seal and whether Multi Director or Sole Director information is required.
Please note that approval has been received from Landgate in relation to these changes.
