VIC - State Revenue Office

We havereceived notification from the Victorian State Revenue Office regarding changes to certain Duties Forms. Whilst we are working on the changes to these forms, the current forms will be accepted until 31 March 2016. The forms include:-
  • Duties 1, Goods statement for residential land
  • Duties 7E, First home owner exemption concession declaration - contracts after 1 July 2012
  • Duties 8F, Pensioner exemption concession declaration - contracts after 1 July 2012
  • Duties 53C, Principal place of residence (PPR) concession and eligible first home buyer duty reduction declaration
  • Duties 53D, Principal place of residence (PPR) concession declaration
  • Duties 61, Principal place of residence (PPR) concession and eligible first home buyer duty reduction declaration
We will notify everyone viaour Forms Blog once the forms are released.
