FED - Family Court of Australia
In accordance with notification received from the Family Court of Australia in relation to the Family Law Amendment (Arbitration and Other Measures) Rules 2015 the following forms have now been updated:-
- Notice of Child Abuse, Family Violence or Risk of FamilyViolence (Family Court) (LL-FED-FAM-526)
- Initiating Application (LL-FED-FLC-524)
- Affidavit for producing document under subpoena (LL-FED-FAM-009)
Anew form has been added entitled:-
- Notice of request to inspect (Family Court) (LL-FED-FAM-272)
The Subpoena (LL-FED-FAM-087) has also been updated to a new format.
Brochures updated ornew include -
- FamilyViolence Plan (LL-FED-FAM-273)
- Family Violence Best Practice Principles (LL-FED-FAM-274)
- Subpoena - Information for named person (LL-FED-FAM-146)
The 'Response to initiating application kit (Family Court)' (LL-FED-FAM-218) has been updated - there were no changes to the form, only to instructional pages within the kit.
Please note these formsmust be used from 1 January 2016.
