VIC - Statement of Adjustments
As a result of client feedback, LEAP have introduced a new feature in the VIC Statement of Adjustments (LL-VIC-PR-045) which allows the user to edit the amount for 'Mortgages to be discharged' and 'Caveats to be withdrawn' in the Rate Adjustment window.
This will be useful in circumstances where an 'electronic fee' is being charged rather than the 'paper fee' or when preparing adjustments in advance of any Transfer of Land Act fee increases.
