Writing to ALL of your clients at one address

A large percentage of clients add extra people to one Card for addressing letters to one address. This can then cause problems when running documents in LEAP as they are not coded for more than 1 person on a Card (except in Conveyancing matter types where 2 people only may be added to the one Card). LEAP has now added a Client Correspondence Table to each matter type which will allow you to write to ALL of your clients at the one address. This Client Correspondence Table will be standard on any new matters that you create and can be added to existing matters by editing the table types. There is now no need to have more than one person on a Card in any matter type (even Conveyancing) and therefore all documents should populate correctly.

Client Correspondence 1

The Client Correspondence Table will automatically populate with the postal address of each Client Card. Simply choose "Yes" for the address you wish to use to write to all of your clients.

Client Correspondence 2

As stated on the Table, you may only choose one address and what you choose will then override what is shown when you run the letter dialog. Run the letter dialog, choose any Client and your letter will be addressed to ALL of your clients at the address chosen on the Client Correspondence Table:-

Should you then wish to write to each client at their individual addresses, simply clear the "Yes" from the Client Correspondence Table.
