The form entitled 'Acting for both parties acknowledgement' (LL-VIC-PR-151) has been deleted as there is no longer a proforma available. We suggest that clients use the By Lawyers letters entitled -
  • Letter to purchaser acknowledging we act for both parties (BLFL:VIC:CNV:207); and
  • Letter to vendor acknowledging we act for both parties (BLFL:VIC:CNV:012).
