FED - Federal Circuit Court - Migration
The form entitled 'Application - Migration Act' (LL-FED-FCC-076)has been updated to the July 2015 version recently released by the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Other minor formatting and wording changes were made to the following documents -
- Affidavit - guide to completion (LL-FED-FCC-013)
- Affidavit - multiple pages (LL-FED-FCC-126)
- Affidavit - single page (LL-FED-FCC-124)
- Affidavit - with interpreter clauses and interpreter jurat (LL-FED-FCC-015)
Note: A further notification was received from the Federal Circuit Court on 14 July 2015 relating to the form entitledApplication - Migration Act (LL-FED-FCC-076) where reference to the 'MIGRATION AND REFUGEE DIVISION' was removed. This form has now been updated and this reference removed.
