VIC - Conveyancing & Property - State Revenue Office Forms
The additional duty for foreign purchasers of residential properties will be payable on all contracts, transactions, agreements and arrangements entered into on or after 1 July 2015. As a result the following new form has been added to LEAP:
- Purchaser Statement - Duties Form 62 (LL-VIC-SRO-437)
The following form has also been updated to reflect these changes:
- Section 83 - Landholder Acquisition Statement - Duties Form 58 (LL-VIC-SRO-365)
NOTE: At this stage there is limited automation provided in the Purchaser Statement - Duties Form 62, as it requires additional development which you can appreciate does take time.Please keep an eye on our LEAP Forms Blog, as wewill furtheradvise once this development has been completed.
