In accordance with theFederal Circuit Court (Bankruptcy) Amendment (Examination Summons and Other Measures) Rules 2014 the following form has been updated -
- Creditor's Petition - Form 6 (LL-FED-FCC-032)
removing the reference to the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia with the new title 'Australian Financial Security Authority'. This change has now been included in your LEAP Federal Circuit Court profile for Bankruptcy.
