VIC - Vendors Statement - Section 32 - LL-VIC-PR-249
After a request by the Legal Profession Liability Committee, the Vendors Statement has been amended. The main change to the document is that the title particulars will now populate automatically into Section 1 Title. The balance of changes are to the dialog boxes which open when the document is run including adding question 2.2 regarding failure to comply with restrictions/easements.
