A new critical date scheme has been created for Tasmanian conveyancing matters, and has been attached to the Purchase and Sale matter types. Dates included in this scheme are:
Instruction date
Deposit due date
Contract date
Cooling off date
Loan approval date
Unconditional date
Adjustment date and
Settlement date
Users will see these dates in both new and existing matters.
