SA - Intervention Orders (Prevention of Abuse) Act 2009
A review of the South Australian Magistrates Court Criminal profile has begun and is currently in progress.
As the Domestic Violence Act 1994 has been repealed a number of forms have been removed from LEAP. Clickhere for a list of the deleted Domestic Violence Act 1994 forms.
A new folder has been created called "Intervention Orders (Prevention of Abuse) Act 2009" and the following new forms are now available in LEAP:
- Form 28 - Application (Intervention Order) (LL-SA-MCCR086);
- Form 31 - Application for Variation or Revocation of Intervention Order (LL-SA-MCCR087);
- Form 39 - Tenancy Order (LL-SA-MCCR088);
- Form 45 - Affidavit (Intervention Order) (LL-SA-MCCR085).
The review is continuing.
