We have been advised of changes to Lexon Letters and are currently in the process of updating these in LEAP.
In the interim we have replaced our automated forms with the letters provided by Lexon which are not automated. You will need to do an online update.
IMPORTANT:Please note that changes to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 that take effect on 1 August will mean older versions of letters may be inaccurate and so if using an older version you will need to adapt the old version for those changes as well as for Gold Coast Local Law 17 if the subject property is in the Gold Coast City Council region.
We will advise in Content News as soon as our letters are automated.
