Part 5 of the Police and Emergency Management Legislation Amendment Act 2012 (Vic)will amend theSection 32 Vendor's Statement to include a statement regarding Bushfire-prone properties. Part 5 of the Act will come into operation when proclaimed or on the 31 July 2013, whichever occurs first. The following changes have been made in accordance with above Act and changes made by the Law Institute of Victoria:-

• Section 3, Planning and Road Access has been amended to include Bushfire-Prone Property provisions.
• Section 6, Outgoings & Statutory Charges has been amended to include the wording "which, if any, are disclosed in the owners corporation certificate attached to this statement" if Owners Corporation applies.
• Section 9, Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution has been amended to include land in accordance with a work-in-kind agreement.
• Section 10, Disclosure of Energy Efficiency Information has been amended to includewording stating that this information is not required under Section 32 but is included for convenience.
• Additional Disclosure Requirements at the end of the Statement have been deleted.
