VIC - New Titles Office Fees - Statement of Adjustments
New registration fees come into effect on 1 July 2013 and will be updated in LEAP on that date as we need to retain the current legal rates until the new ones come into effect.
If you are preparing a Statement of Adjustments now for settlements taking place on or after 1 July 2013 do not complete the number of discharges or withdrawal of caveats section in the Statement of Adjustments (as this will bring in the current fees).
Instead add a Non-Apportionable item with the new fees:-
Once theLegal Rates are updated on 1 July 2013 you will no longer need to do this interim step.
