The new format T1 Transfer of Land, Mortgage and Discharge of Mortgage were put on hold due to the State Revenue Office completely rewriting 11 of the most commonly used forms. These forms have now been released in LEAP and we will now be working to finalise the Transfer of Land, Mortgage and Discharge of Mortgage.
We note that the old format Transfer of Land, Mortgage and Discharge are still being accepted by the Land Titles Office and there is, as yet, no cut off date when these forms will no longer be accepted.
We anticipate the release of the new format forms by the end of May 2013.
