VIC - State Revenue Office
We have been advised by the State Revenue Office that the deadline for the use of the new format forms has now been extended to 1 May 2013 and thatthe old format forms are still being accepted.All forms signed on or after 1 May 2013 must be in the new format.
We are currently working closely with the State Revenue Office to be able to provide the new format forms to you as soon as possible.
