QLD - Land Registry Forms
A review of these forms has now been completed. The major change has been to provide greater flexibility when one party is a trust. The trustee will appear in a prompt prior to being inserted into the form to allow opportunity for amendment as necessary. Also mergefields and formtext fields will default to upper case to provide consistency throughout and in accordance with the examples in the Land Titles Practice Manual.
