SA - Supreme Court Civil Forms
South Australian Supreme Court Civil forms have now been reviewed and amended (where necessary) to accord with Supreme Court Practice Directions 2006, Part II - Approved Forms as amended to 1 December 2012 (Amendment 23), specifically Practice Direction 1.7.
Apart from being reviewed, the main update is single line spacing (Direction 1.7.1.3) with double spacing between paragraphs (Direction 1.7.1.4).
The following forms have been added to LEAP Supreme Court Civil Forms:
- Form 26A - Subpoena - declaration by addressee (LL-SA-DSCI-264)
- Form 30A - Information sheet for setting down appeal for hearing (LL-SA-DSCI-265)
